Dr. Hemant Yagnick of Advanced Pain Management, Evans, Georgia is a Board Certified Fellowship trained Pain Management Anesthesiologist who offers a variety of methods to diagnose and treat problems such as chronic pain problems that is unresponsive to rest, medication, physical therapy or manipulation.

Dr. Yagnick offers a number of minimally invasive procedures including several different Nerve Blocks for Lumbar, Thoracic and Cervical Nerve Root irritation, and Radio-Frequency Neuroablation for facet joint arthropathy. Our practice also includes diagnostic Discography and various minimally invasive interventions such as Percutaneous Discectomy, Nucleoplasty and Disktrode that treat the painful discs.
