Message From the Director - EGSC Augusta

Welcome to East Georgia State College – Augusta!
As director of the East Georgia State College Augusta (EGSC-A) campus, I am fully committed to your education. At EGSC, we prepare you to transfer to Augusta University and pursue career options and service to the community. Our dedicated team of faculty and staff want to see students become successful.

By providing service excellence to each and every student, we take an interest in each student and provide individual encouragement to complete your education. Our students come to us from all walks of life. Whether you are looking to continue your education directly from high school, or as a working adult, East Georgia State College – Augusta is the place for you.

Because our classes are held on the Summerville campus, as an EGSC-A student, you will be able to use AU classrooms, and you will be issued a Augusta University ID card which entitles you to most of AU's student services, including use the Reese library, recreation center and some of the food services that Augusta University offers.

After 30 semester hours and 2.2 GPA you may transfer to Augusta University. To make the transfer process as seamless as possible, we host transfer sessions to aid with the move to Augusta University.
