Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located at Eben Gray's Roofing Service in Martinez, GA. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management on a day-to-day basis.

The Project manager will step in after a Sales Representative has received a signed contract for a job. They will be responsible for the job on site until it is completed, working hand in hand with the Sales representative, Home Owner, and Crew. The PM will be responsible for ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, scheduling crews, scheduling inspections, and communicating with the owner about all details pertaining to the project. Upon completion of the project, make another site visit to survey the correctness of the work and cleanliness of the property, remove surplus materials present, and speak with the client to ensure all expectations are met. The project manager will run a magnet around the property to collect any nails. This is to be done on all projects.
